Through the acquisition of the building and land, CTP has ensured the potential for constructing a modern industrial park with 80,000 m2 of lettable area in total. Manufacturer Petainer Czech Holdings has been operating in the region over the long term and in 2018 expanded its existing plant by leasing warehouse space from CTP. The company has now also agreed with CTP on the sale and long-term leaseback of production space.

Michal Felcman, M&A Manager of the CTP group, who led the transaction, said:

“The CTPark complex lies on the outskirts of the town and three kilometres from the German border. Such a location will ensure that the needs of our clients in the Czech and German markets are served.”

CTP acquired building plots covering 11.5 ha, for which it obtained a building permit for the first two structures.
