CTP Opens Domeq II and III – Two More Modern Residential Projects for Young Professionals and Families
This autumn, the European industrial developer CTP officially opened two more buildings in Brno for young local and expatriate professionals and young families. Both buildings can accommodate more than two hundred individuals and are follow-ups to the successfully established Domeq I, which the company launched in Brno about four years ago. Due to their larger rooms, the two new buildings are designed to be more for individual residential living rather than co-living, as was the case for Domeq I. CTP is now leasing additional 70,000 m2 in CTPark Bor, one of the 4 biggest parks in CEE
CTPark Bor is currently the largest industrial park in the Czech Republic with a total area of 135 hectares. Upon completion, which is planned for the end of next year, the park will provide more than 616,000 m2 of lettable space. Currently, there are a total of 14 tenants including leading international technology suppliers, automotive companies and the Primark clothing retailer. The park provides jobs to approximately 4,000 people.

Panattoni to build for Amazon the first robotic fulfillment center in the Czech Republic on a brownfield site near Kojetín
Eight years since Amazon announced its entry into the Czech Republic, the world's leading e-commerce company has announced its expansion into Moravia. Industrial zone builder Panattoni will build the first robotic fulfillment center for Amazon in the Czech Republic on a brownfield site of a former sugar factory near Kojetín in the Přerov region. It will be the first fully-fledged multi-storey logistics building with state-of-the-art technological equipment in the Czech Republic.
