According to the recently published Eurostat data on enterprises' presence on the internet, 83% of Czech businesses have a website, compared with the EU28 average of 75%. The use of social media by Czech enterprises is below the EU average, though.
According to the Eurostat data, the Irish (62%) and Dutch (61%) enterprises are the most frequent social networks users in EU28, compared with 23% of Czech businesses, while 36% is the EU28 average.
Also, 25% of Czech enterprises use at least one type of social media and 9% use multimedia content-sharing websites.
