The Hlidacipes.org server published an article based on data by Česko v datech showing the number of students enrolled in tertiary education and how succesfull the students are in completing their university degrees. There were less than 200,000 students enrolled in Czech universities in 2001, compared with more than 300,000 students in the academic year 2014/2015, the article says. The number of students enrolled in technical university education rose only by 18% since 2001. There are currently 72 (private and public) universities in the Czech Republic. The number of students who completed their university degrees rose from over 30,000 in 2001 to over 88,000 in the academic year 2014/2015. Also, another article by the Hlidacipes.org server lists Czech universities based on how successful students are in completion of their degrees (in regular duration of studies).
