AmCham Human Resource Committee discussed this week with Veronika Kinclova of Clifford Chance the revised government proposal on working from anywhere. 

The definition of where outside work can take place is still too complicated, and, in practice, will likely restrict the employee's ability to choose where they want to work. 

Employee compensation is improved from the earlier proposal. Minimum payments are set. What can be deducted from taxes is still unclear. Companies will be allowed to compete for employees by offering more favorable conditions.
