Prague Airport: Korean Air to Service Its Seoul – Prague Route Using Dreamliners from October 2018
Korean Air has announced that, effective 29 October 2018, the carrier will use Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners for 269 passengers in a three-class seating configuration to service its route connecting Prague with Seoul, the capital of South Korea. Flights will still be offered three times a week during the winter schedule – on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Václav Havel Airport is opening a new stand and gate for long-haul aircraft
Václav Havel Airport Prague is continuing with short-term development plans and opens for testing a new aircraft stand and gate with a new waiting area. The new reconfigured stand can service either one long-haul aircraft with a wing-span of 65 meters, or two smaller ones with a wing-span of up to 36 meters. The, stand with gate is located in Terminal 1 and will substantially increase the airport’s capacity and make aircraft boarding more comfortable and faster, especially for long-haul flights, which are becoming more and more prevalent in Prague.

Prague Airport: Qatar Airways will introduce Boeing 787 Dreamliner service on route from Prague to Doha
Qatar Airways has officially announced that commencing 28 October 2018 one of the two daily flights from Prague to Doha with be serviced with the different type of aircraft, increasing the overall capacity by approximately 46%. On flight QR292, Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft for 254 passengers will be introduced, while the second daily flight QR290 will continue to be operated with Airbus A320 aircraft for 132 passengers. Both frequencies will feature both Economy and Business Class cabin. Due to the increased capacity, the number of passengers is expected to increase in both ways by approximately 75 thousand passengers a year.
