In 2015, Czech public authorities issued tenders on construction works amounting to Kc 94.6 mld, a fall by 29.3% year-on-year and the lowest value in the past five years. The number of tenders in 2015 dropped by 32.2% to 2,932 year-on-year, Stavebnní fórum informs. General Manager of SMP CZ Martin Doksanský expressed his view that despite news in media, the outlook for public tenders in the construction sector, excluding railways, is grim. Read more (in Czech).
