EU Justice Scoreboard measures Independence, Quality and Efficiency of judicial systems of EU Mamber States. The Scoreboard mainly focuses on litigious civil and commercial cases as well as administrative cases in order to assist Member States in their efforts to create a more investment, business and citizen-friendly environment.

Milena Hrdinkova, the government representative for EU affairs, commented on the results in a positive way, mentioning improved outcomes for the category length of court proceedings. EC also praised the country for independence of judicial power.
