From 1 July 2016, extracts from the central registry of distraint are available at Czech Point desks at 981 Czech Post branches. The price is 50CZK per page of the extract. The aim behind this step is to make information on individual cases/distraint proceedings more accessible to debtors, creditors as well as current or potential business partners.
