On 27th May the coalition council consistent of ČSSD, ANO and KDU-ČSL leaders eventually agreed on final version of Civil Service Act. Coalition agreed that civil servants would have to pass exams if their practice in civil service was less than 3 years. They also agreed tha t the exams would be in their stricter form and would include both written test and oral exam. According to Minister of Regional Development Věra Jourová the Constitutional and Legal Committee of the Chamber of Deputies should have discussed the legislation on 30th May. According to the chairman of deputy club of the ČSSD Roman Sklenak it is possible that the legislation would be discussed on a special session during summer. The coalition wants the act accepted and already effective by 1st January 2015.
