After the last meeting with Amazon negotiators Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka announced this. He said that the Amazon representatives would take some time now and would announce their decision in approximately two months. These new negotiations came after it seemed there was virtually no hope for Brno left after many refusals from the side of its elected representatives. The decision of Brno deputies changed on 15 April and they finally approved the investors intent to build there Amazon logistics center worth approx. 2.7 bn and creating more than 1500 workplaces and sold the developer company CTP Invest necessary land. According to the former plan the center was to be opened in three years together with second center in Doborovíz. Final result of the negotiation with Brno back in game is to be seen as all options are still under consideration.
