The Supreme Court of the Czech Republic seated in Brno recently launched an electronic database of judicial decisions of the Court since 1993 and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights. This paid service is available at http://sbirka.nsoud.cz/ and http://eslp.nsoud.cz/. 

The Supreme Court of the Czech Republic is the highest judicial authority both in civil and criminal matters except for issues dealt with by the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the Supreme Administrative Court.
