President Trump orders review of U.S. visa program for bringing high-skilled foreign workers into the country | U.S. Chamber of Commerce statement

The Trump Administration has issued a new Executive Order on government procurement and H1-8 visas, which will place stricter conditions on qualifications for foreign workers and review the effectiveness of "Buy American" provisions in public procurement.

The US Chamber of Commerce cautioned that the desired changes may not have the effect intended by the administration in a press release issued yesterday.
