Office of Government of the Czech Republic presented Government Plan of Legislative Work for the year 2015. The plan itself was approved by the Government on 15th December 2014. The Plan itself contains 170 legislative goals of which 18 are legislative objectives, 28 draft laws, 80 draft amendments to laws, 31 draft government regulations, 9 draft amendments of government regulations and in 4 cases the form is yet to be specified. This material that was created by the Government Legislative Council in cooperation with ministries and other government bodies. Overview of Government Legislative Work for 2015 and Legislative Work Outlook for the year 2015 and for the Upcoming Years are also part of Government Plan of Legislative Work. As for the structure of the Plan its approx. 30 % is constituted of EU Directives implementation. Minister Jiří Dienstbier who is responsible for this agenda said that the main goals for the upcoming year was setting up the distrains regulation and adoption of Acts on Social Housing and on Social Entrepreneurship as well as Public Procurement Act and Act on Public Prosecution.
