Last year was marked by a decline in the number of used cars to be found on the market

Compared to the previous year, last year was marked by a decline in the number of used cars to be found on the market. Overall, 4.6% fewer cars were offered than in 2021. The nearly new car segment saw an even greater decline, with 16% fewer cars offered year-on-year. A total of 87,512 nearly new cars were advertised in 2021, compared to only 73,482 last year. New technologies in the form of electric and hybrid vehicles are gaining an ever-larger share of the market.
