Vodafone helps Ukraine. Free calls and roaming were introduced, charged SIM cards to refugees were donated and a collection of mobile was launched phones

In times of crisis, it is important that people can stay connected. That's why Vodafone is also offering a helping hand to war-torn Ukraine and its people. In addition to introducing free calls between the Czech Republic and Ukraine, we are supporting refugees by donating SIM cards with a credit of CZK 500. Anyone can also participate in the collection of mobile phones.

Ombudsman: how to improve treatment of EU workers

EU legislation aims to ensure that in member states, domestic workers and those from other EU countries are treated equally. A level-playing field is essential for free movement in the EU internal market. However, a recent survey by the Czech ombudsman showed that the Czech Republic has some gaps in providing equal conditions, especially when it comes to less qualified foreign workers.
