Eurostat: Gross monthly earnings by economic activity in the EU | Deloitte European Salary Survey

According to Eurostat data, in the Czech Republic, gross monthly earnings exceed 1,000EUR in the sectors of Information & Communication, Finance & insurance, Electricity, gas & steam, Scientific & Techincal activities and Mining & quarrying. Deloitte European Salary Survey adds that employer costs for work in the Czech Republic are the highest in Central Europe. The net income of employees with higher salaries is relatively high.

EU's 2016 Employment and Social Developments report: 3.2% of Czech respondents think they have the computer skills they need to do their job well | Conferderation of Industry and Trade: Current employment issues - conference

Industry’s share of total employment is by far the highest in the Czech Republic, followed by Slovakia and Poland, while Cyprus, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom recorded the lowest share of employment in industry. In all Member States this share is decreasing, EU's 2016 Employment and Social Developments report says, among others.

Radio Praha: International survey suggests Czech employees have high work satisfaction

The Czech Republic has some of the happiest employees in the world, according to a survey released by the Swedish firm Universum. The country ranks 10th on the chart of work satisfaction in 57 states the world over, Radio Praha writes.
