Vodafone offers help in tornado-hit areas. It will provide free services and donate phones with SIM cards

In times of crisis, it is most important that people can stay connected. That's why Vodafone is offering a helping hand to anyone whose life was affected by last night's natural disaster. People and businesses in the worst affected areas in Hodonín and Břeclav will not be charged for services, whether it is a mobile tariff, internet or TV, for two months.

Definition of the company’s scope of business

As a result of recent Supreme Court Decision NS 27 Cdo 3549/2020, we recommend that companies recheck the correctness of the scope of their business, which is recorded in the commercial register and stated in the memorandum or articles of association. According to the above case law, business activity defined only as “manufacturing, trade and services not listed in Annexes 1 to 3 of the Trade Licensing Act” is considered as having no legal effect because of the lack of detail, and therefore shall be disregarded.

UNYP to issue diplomas with blockchain technology

The University of New York in Prague will be the first private university in the Czech Republic to issue diplomas with blockchain technology. This development is a result of our continuous effort to bring innovation and the latest technologies to the education industry. We will issue the first blockchain diplomas together with the paper ones to the class of 2021.
