At Panattoni Park Stříbro, a Raben warehouse has been built at record speed
In less than four months, Panattoni, the industrial zones builder, has built a new hall at Panattoni Park Stříbro for Raben Group. Back in the spring, it seemed that it would take a small miracle for the schedule to be met. The developer had started construction work at the most difficult time, when the Czech Republic was imposing an extensive set of quarantine measures, and it also had to deal with delays due to archaeological research. However, thanks to the good coordination of the construction and the extreme commitment shown by the contractor, the 10,000 m2 building was finally handed over for use as originally planned.

CZK weakening was again called a natural stabiliser. We expect policy rates to remain unchanged until 1Q22. If the CNB sees the need to loosen monetary policy, we think it would do so by CZK devaluation.
