EC: Consumer Markets Scoreboard - 2016 Edition

The European Commission published its 2016 Consumer Markets Scoreboard which monitors EU consumers' ratings of how 42 goods and services markets work. As for the Czech Republic, the top three goods markets in the Czech Republic are ‘Books, magazines and newspapers’, ‘Large household appliances’ and ‘Non-alcoholic drinks’. The poorest performing goods markets are ‘Second-hand cars’, ‘Fruit and vegetables’, and ‘Meat and meat products’.

AMSP/Komerční banka: Analysis of Czech-German trade and investment activity: German influence is on the rise | More on Industry 4.0

According to the analysis of trends in Czech-German trade and investment activity published by the  Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Craftsmen of the Czech Republic and Komerční banka, between 2010 and 2015, exports of Czech businesses to Germany have increased by more than 50% / imports from Germany have risen by 60%. EC Regional Innovation Scoreboard: Four Czech Regions increase their regional innovation performance

Regional Innovation Scoreboard 2016 covers 214 regions across 22 EU countries and Norway. In addition, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Malta are included at country level. As for the Czech Republic, four regions increased their innovative performance over the past two years.
